I'm Megan

By age 28, I was leading Microsoft’s global Executive Escalations, Customer Listening & Advocacy, and Voice of the Customer programs. Every week we partnered across Engineering, Product, Legal, PR, Support Delivery, and executive leadership to identify customer issues before they became larger business risks.
